 Welcome

We welcome you to Afternoon Tea at Chapeze House. Colonel Michael Masters, “The Host of Kentucky,” author of Hospitality Kentucky Style and Margaret Sue Masters are your hosts for the afternoon.

Dine in the parlors of Chapeze House and experience the ambiance of Afternoon Tea in the setting of one of Kentucky’s great historic mansions. When you make your reservation for Afternoon Tea, you will enjoy a very Southern way to have lunch.

Our guests enjoy the specialty tea of the day, fresh baked scone with Devonshire cream, homemade soup and a three-tiered tray of finger tea-sandwiches and sweet savory desserts.

Chapeze House is pleased to host your most important events. We provide an unforgettable experience for clubs and groups of every description. Many of our guests travel great distances to get to us and we take care of them, impeccably.

Groups, contact Chapeze House to reserve the mansion for your Afternoon Tea. Groups who take one of the parlors for their party reserve most of our dates; or when large enough a group may reserve the entire mansion for their exclusive use.

Afternoon Tea at Chapeze House is the perfect setting for bridesmaid’s luncheons, bridal showers and birthday parties. Let Chapeze House host a mother-daughter tea for your group of friends.

Individual tables may be reserved. Call Chapeze House for available dates and times, it is our privilege to serve you.

Men do not be shy. Chapeze House welcomes you to Afternoon Tea. The food is delicious and you will enjoy the elegant service.

Come to Chapeze House for Afternoon Tea. The Colonel and Margaret Sue will pamper you and provide you with a truly delectable experience!
